What it's for: improving stability and performance, and fixing bugs.

此类数据会尽可能进行去标识化或匿名化处理，不用于识别你的个人身份。法律依据：合法利益（用于提升产品质量）。

We de-identify or anonymise this data wherever we can, and it is not used to identify you. Legal basis: legitimate interests, in improving the product.

We currently use no third-party analytics or tracking services. If we ever add one, we will update this policy and make sure the arrangement meets the data protection laws that apply.

We keep data only as long as it's needed:

• Account information — for as long as you use the account.

• Diagnostic data — normally no more than 90 days.

• Support messages — deleted within a reasonable time after the issue is closed.

We don't hold on to your data beyond that, unless a legal obligation or an unresolved dispute requires it. Once it's no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

Where the age of consent in your country is lower than 16, that local age applies instead.

09支付与订阅PaymentsPayments and subscriptions

All payments go through Apple's App Store. We never see or collect your card or payment details.

Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple, through their own channels.

• Our total liability will not exceed what you actually paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

12管辖法律Governing LawGoverning law

在不与适用消费者保护法律相冲突的前提下，本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖。因本协议引起的争议，由我们所在地有管辖权的人民法院管辖。

Subject to any mandatory consumer protection law that applies to you, this agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from it fall to the competent people's court where we are based.

本条不影响你依所在地消费者保护法律享有的权利。

Nothing in this section takes away the rights your local consumer protection law gives you.
